A SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE
TallPines is a privately owned 70 bed skilled nursing facility founded in 1986. Located in the serene mid-coast community of Belfast, Maine, our facility is surrounded by peaceful woods, gardens, green lawns and tall pine trees. Our park like setting adds that important touch to a therapeutic stay. We maintain a completely smoke-free environment.
OUR FACILITY
Patient rooms are located on the first floor with nurses stations close by. Patients enjoy our gardens, solariums and tastefully decorated private and semiprivate rooms.
In addition to nursing and rehabilitation services, we offer dental and podiatry services, access to lab, x-ray and pharmaceutical needs. A Licensed Dietitian and Social Service Director become an integral part of patient care.

here for a short term skilled stay or for long-term care, Tall Pines offers many
opportunities for social relationships. Our stimulating, well-rounded activities
program includes spiritual support, discussion groups, entertainment and
laughter.
We enjoy a strong link with the local community. We welcome visitors and intergenerational activity from our local and surrounding neighbors. Other amenities such as cable television, private phones, hearing aid comparable telephones and a hair salon add to comfort and pleasure.
Our meals are nutritious and appealing. Our selective menus are developed by a registered dietician and prepared for individual needs and enjoyment. Noon meals conclude with a choice from our famous dessert cart.OUR COMMITMENT
