Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Orchard Park Rehabilitation and Living Center offers a full range of health services from assisted living and post-acute care to transitional and long-term nursing care. Our programs enable our patients and residents to achieve their highest levels of independence.

A SPECIAL NORTH COUNTRY ATMOSPHERE

Because we believe that the quality of life is as important as the quality of care, we have created an atmosphere that's both comfortable and stimulating - with a distinctive North Country touch.

Imbued with the charm of a Victorian mansion, Orchard Park has two distinct living areas. Private and semi-private rooms and one suite accommodate our transitional and long-term health care patients. A separate wing houses twelve private apartments for independent and assisted living. The entire complex is tastefully appointed and well maintained.

Our setting offers the best of both worlds. Downtown Farmington, with its shops and services, is just blocks away. Beautiful Bonney Foods, its walking paths, and lovely seasonal views are right outside our windows.

Meals at Orchard Park are nutritious and appealing. Our menus are carefully developed by a registered dietitian, food service supervisor and the residents and patients themselves.

ENJOYING LIFE

Orchard Park offers many opportunities for social relationships. Our stimulating, well rounded activities program ranges from current event discussion groups and exercise classes to barbecues and films. Live musical entertainment is a regular event.

We also hold frequent outings in our wheelchair accessible van for lunch, shopping, and special events.

We enjoy a strong link with the local community. Orchard Park welcomes the public to participate in facility programs such as Halloween festivities, intergenerational gatherings, pet visits, and community blood pressure screenings. Weekly religious services provide an opportunity for our residents to fulfill their spiritual needs.

DIRECTIONS

Take Route 4 North, or Route 2 West to Route 4 North, into Farmington. At the lights downtown, turn right onto Broadway (Route 43). Take the third left onto North Street. Orchard Park is on the left at the top of the hill.
