A SPECIAL NORTH COUNTRY ATMOSPHERE
Because we believe that the quality of life is
as important as the quality of care, we have created an atmosphere that's both
comfortable and stimulating - with a distinctive North Country touch.
Small in size, Maplecrest
Rehabilitation and Living Center has a convenient in-town location and a
one-story floor plan. Our bedrooms, dining rooms and lounges are tastefully
appointed and impeccably maintained. Beautiful landscaping and patios have
earned Maplecrest North Country's Award for Outstanding Facility Appearance.
Meals are nutritious and
appealing. Our menus are carefully developed by a registered dietitian, food
service director and the patients themselves.
ENJOYING LIFE
Maplecrest offers many
opportunities for social relationships. Our stimulating, well-rounded activities
program ranges from current events discussion groups and exercise classes to
barbecues, music and films. Outings in our wheelchair-accessible van for lunch,
shopping, day trips, and other special events are always a highlight.
We enjoy a strong link with the
local community. Maplecrest's award-winning hospitality program welcomes the
public to take part in holiday celebrations and other programs.
Weekly religious services provide an opportunity for patients to fulfill their
spiritual needs.
Maplecrest also offers optional
amenities such as private phone lines, cable television, and in-house hair
stylist services.
